3.1 Ownership of Content
All content
hosted on the NikkNok platform, including but not limited to films, web series,
short films, trailers, promotional material, original productions, graphics,
logos, user interface elements, software, and text, is either owned by NikkNok
or licensed to NikkNok by the respective rights holders. Unauthorized use,
reproduction, or distribution of any such content is strictly prohibited.
3.2 NikkNok Originals
All original
content produced or commissioned exclusively by or for NikkNok ('NikkNok
Originals') is the exclusive intellectual property of NikkNok. No part of
NikkNok Originals may be reproduced, modified, distributed, publicly displayed,
or commercially exploited in any form without explicit prior written consent
from NikkNok.
3.3 Licensed Third-Party Content
Content made
available on NikkNok that is licensed from third-party rights holders is
subject to the terms of the respective licensing agreements. Users are not
permitted to use, reproduce, or distribute such content beyond the scope of
their personal, non-commercial access rights granted by NikkNok.
3.4 User-Generated Content
If NikkNok
allows users to upload, submit, or share content on its platform, such users
hereby grant NikkNok a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use,
reproduce, adapt, and distribute such content in connection with the platform's
operations. Users confirm that they own or have the legal right to share all
content they submit, and that such content does not infringe upon any third
party's intellectual property rights.

copyright infringement seriously. If you believe that any content available on
NikkNok infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice of copyright
infringement (takedown notice) to NikkNok with the following information:

any NikkNok content without a license
3.7 Consequences of Infringement
NikkNok
reserves the right to terminate user accounts, restrict access, and pursue
legal action under applicable Indian law, including civil and criminal
proceedings under the Copyright Act, 1957, against individuals or entities
found to be in violation of this Copyright Policy.
